We are now recruiting for an Artwork Co-ordinator to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors.

As our new Artwork Co-ordinator, you will manage the end-to-end artwork process beginning with project ideation and ending with the release of print-ready materials according to the industry regulations. The Artwork coordinator is accountable for coordinating Global and LOC projects, NPIs, and Regulatory artwork changes, as well as overseeing all aspects of projects: performing an impact assessment, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and communicating the progress of the project.

Your role as Artwork Co-ordinator will involve liaising with the key stakeholders involved in the artwork process (Studio, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, CMO) and the Artwork Supplier to creating artwork changes using the designated artwork system. Managing the resolution of technical queries to meet project milestones. Coordinating the approval of the artwork file and ensuring process compliance, accurately and on time. Providing the finished artwork to the Regulatory contact for authority submission and final approval.  Leading the Artwork process deviation investigations to identify root causes based on the Artwork and labelling process failures. Managing Artwork amendments and related documentation within the Artwork System.  Providing information required for updates to supplier Bills of Material (BOMs). You will be accountable for updating and maintaining the Artwork library for a designated product portfolio and maintaining artwork costs in line with budget requirements.

As Artwork Co-ordinator your attention to detail will be second to none along with excellent communication skills to enable you to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, Artwork studios & design agencies. This is not a creative role, so experience in an artwork environment is desirable but not essential.
