We’re hiring: EMEA Commercial & Operational Director

Chippenham, Wiltshire (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

We are looking for an exceptional EMEA Commercial & Operational Director to join our EMEA Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of the region, build new capabilities and design an operating model that enables scalable, insight-led growth across multiple markets.

This EMEA Commercial & Operational Director is pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our brands, across Europe by leading the UK commercial agenda and oversee key regional functions (France and Germany) including Strategic Revenue Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial Data & Insights. You will set the vision, create the structure and lead a highly skilled team of subject matter experts, while enabling consistency, high performance and best-in-class execution across EMEA.

What you’ll be responsible for as our EMEA Commercial & Operational Director

Commercial leadership

  • Shape and own the commercial vision and operating model across EMEA, aligning with global strategy
  • Lead the UK Commercial Head, with full accountability for P&L performance
  • Partner closely with teams in France and Germany to develop one unified regional commercial plan

Building the future-fit organisation

  • Design and implement a scalable structure across Strategic Revenue Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial Data & Insights
  • Establish a Predictive Insights function to drive a culture of data-led decision making
  • Develop a strategic revenue management approach, focused on efficiencies, hero SKUs and supply/demand alignment
  • Embed a consumer-first trade marketing model for retailers and distributor partners
  • Define clear governance, roles and interfaces across country commercial teams

Strategic influence & leadership

  • Build a systems-based, integrated operating model
  • Ensure alignment, shared standards and execution excellence across markets
  • Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for local commercial teams
  • Partner with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Commercial
  • Champion a mindset of profitable, sustainable growth
