The Role
We are a leading international healthcare business whose purpose is to improve the lives of consumers and patients across the globe. Reporting to the global Head of Human Resources and partnering with our HRBPs, our HR Operations Lead will lead on the HR operational agenda including reward & benefits, payroll coordination, HR systems and data analytics/reporting.
As our subject matter expert, you will be pivotal in our next implementation phase of a new HRIS being rolled out this year. Acting as custodian of all HR data, you will also be working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to help us identify and implement continual process and systems improvements.

Key Priorities
1. HRIS Management
To be our HRIS expert and champion, supporting the phased roll out a new HRIS, its maintenance, identifying ongoing system developments and process improvements, and continuing to develop user knowledge and capability in using the HRIS.
2. Reward and Benefits
To lead the delivery of the annual reward cycle, including pay review and bonus processes and benefit renewal processes. Act as compensation and benefits lead for the organisation, managing the relationship with payroll/benefit providers and supporting compensation related projects.
3. Data Management, Reporting and Analytics
Managing the production of HR business and performance reporting analytics that analyse trends and provide interesting data related insights to Management for future decisions and strategies. To lead on the development of systems for documentation quality control and data governance integrity.
The Candidate
You will have already developed as an HR specialist with a passion for data and process. Are you always looking for ways to improve efficiencies? Do you enjoy solving problems by applying your strong analytical skills and attention to detail?
Our team is looking for a collaborative and friendly HR professional with:
- Specialist knowledge in reward and benefits, HR Systems and data analytics.
- Foundational understanding of generalist HR processes and HR transactional processes.
- Working knowledge of statutory and technical aspects of payroll/benefits.
- Experience of HRIS including system set up, as a System Administrator or Super User.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skill (Intermediate Level or above).
- Numerate, analytical with experience of interpreting and manipulating data sets.
- High levels of personal motivation, conscientious and able to work with minimal supervision.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week based from our Head Offices in Chippenham.
