Due to an exciting new organisation design for our HR team, we are delighted to introduce an opportunity for a HR Operations Lead. Reporting to the global Head of Human Resources and partnering with our HRBPs, you will be leading on the HR operational agenda including reward & benefits, payroll coordination, HR systems and data analytics/reporting.

As our subject matter expert, you will also be pivotal in the implementation of a new HRIS planned for 2023. Acting as custodian of all HR data, you will be working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to help us identify and implement continual process and systems improvements.

This is a newly created role and a great opportunity to play a big part in shaping the future of HR Operations at Alliance Pharma at a local and global level.

Key Priorities

HRIS Management

To be our HRIS expert and champion, supporting the initial system selection and work to roll out a new HRIS, identifying ongoing system developments and process improvements, continuing to develop user knowledge and capability in using the HRIS.

Reward and Benefits

To lead the delivery of the annual reward cycle, including pay review and bonus processes and benefit renewal processes. Act as compensation and benefits lead for the organisation, managing the relationship with payroll/benefit providers and supporting compensation related projects.

Data Management, Reporting and Analytics

Managing the production of HR business and performance reporting analytics that analyse trends and provide interesting data related insights to Management for future decisions and strategies. To lead on the development of systems for documentation quality control & data governance integrity

The Candidate

To be our HR Operations Lead you will need to demonstrate a passion for data and process. Are you always looking for ways to improve efficiencies? Do you enjoy solving problems by applying your strong analytical skills and attention to detail?

Our team is looking for a collaborative and friendly HR professional with:

  • Specialist knowledge in reward and benefits, HR Systems and data analytics.
  • Working understanding of generalist HR processes and HR transactional processes.
  • Working knowledge of statutory and technical aspects of payroll/benefits.
  • Experience of HRIS including system set up, either as a System Administrator or Super User.
  • Proficient in MS Office with Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Numerate and highly analytical with experience of interpreting and manipulating data sets.
  • High levels of personal motivation, conscientious and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Aligned with our Company Values including Integrity and Entrepreneurship.
  • Willing to work full time (5 days per week) with a min 3 days per week from our Head Office in Chippenham.
