We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our DACH team in Germany on a Fixed Term Contract (minimum of 6 months+).
As our Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating all marketing activities for our nutritional supplement product in eye health. You will also join us in expertly representing and recommending our nutritional supplement product at trade fairs, medical congresses and to internal and external customers with enthusiasm and conviction.

Key responsibilities
- Adaption and implementation of the global brand strategy in the local markets.
- Development, implementation and success monitoring of marketing activities within the core target groups of end consumers and ophthalmologists.
- Advice and support for a new product launch (NEM) in the German market.
- Planning and attending trade fair and congress appearances (Expo and medical congresses).
- Strategic development and implementation of online activities (SEO, etc.)
- Identification, development and support of opinion leaders.
- Supporting the General Manager in business development projects
- Answering end-user enquiries (in writing and by telephone) and general day to day administration.
- Collaboration with internal colleagues in Düsseldorf and UK (head office)
- Budget and sales planning, monthly forecasting.
About You
You will be an experienced Product or Brand Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector with a special interest in nutritional supplements and ophthalmology. Bringing your market knowledge together with plenty of fresh ideas you will be keen to break new ground. You will also have:
- Successfully completed studies (economics, medicine or natural sciences).
- Experience in the digital field (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with empathy for the target groups (professional as well as end consumers).
- Very strong command of English (both written and spoken) and able to communicate confidently with international colleagues.
