We are now recruiting for a new 3PW Contract Manager to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors.

As our new 3PW Contract Manager you will drive inventory and supply excellence through the assigned 3PWs to fulfil customers’ expectations (delivery) and company objectives (costs reduction). You will be a fluent French speaker, in order to liaise between the 3PW and any of Alliance’s local repackers as required to support Supply Planning functions (specifically in France). You will have a demonstrated warehouse and logistics background and contract management experience both in Account Management and the contribution/writing of Contracts.

Your role as 3PW Contract Manager will involve building a better understanding around current processes and continuously improving them (supply, inventory, 3PW procedures). You will have opportunity to work with our UK and European customers and suppliers to maintain and grow relationship, managing KPIs (inventory, warehousing, distribution, invoicing & ensuring appropriate improvements plans are in place where required).

Your new role as 3PW Contract Manager will see you drive Operational process & cost efficiencies both internally and externally with designated 3PW’s. You will have a background of working with an ERP and/or WMS system and working knowledge of incoterms. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Supply Chain team working with our French suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
