We are now recruiting for a new Global Marketing Manager – Amberen based in Cary, NC, to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors.
As our new Global Marketing Manager – Amberen you will develop and drive global strategy for the Amberen brand, driving significant long-term growth and financial contribution. You will work as part of the Global Marketing team reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and you will work with l marketing and commercial leaders around the world to support the strategy and execution of Amberen in multiple geographies as well as developing the brand in North America. You will be ideally be conversant in the consumer healthcare market or alternatively in consumer brands and know how to develop optimal brand profiles taking account of product attributes, drivers of customer behavior, market dynamics and competitive forces.
Your role as Global Marketing Manager – Amberen will involve you navigating cross-functional processes, connecting activities and individuals to drive toward goals. You will have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, with high energy and maturity. As Global Marketing Manager – Amberen you will have opportunity to proactively develop the Amberen brand above and beyond the current portfolio - including consideration and identification of M&A and partnerships working with the Alliance Corporate Development team and pursuing other business relationships including new partners in new territories working with Alliance affiliates and regional business managers. In addition working on new product development and claims will be key to accelerate brand growth.
As our next Global Marketing Manager – Amberen you will also have a Proven track record in brand development, marketing and commercial leadership with demonstrated experience within global teams. You will also be expected to display a good understanding and appreciation of the impacts of the regulatory, manufacturing and financial environment within which the brand portfolio is positioned along with demonstrating a high level of creativity and a passion for brand development.
