We are now recruiting for a new IT Support Analyst (2nd line) to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors.

As our new IT Support Analyst (2nd line) do you have:

  • exceptional customer service whilst troubleshooting complex IT hardware and software issues in both physical and virtual environments?
  • vast knowledge of a full range of technologies to be able to support at 2nd line level? Including but not limited to, Microsoft AD / Azure, Office 365 with SharePoint, VMware, Networking, Software and Hardware support, Antivirus and Patch Management.
  • a drive and passion for developing your 2nd/3rd line skills and security knowledge further in a ever changing world?
  • an appetite to continuously improve Microsoft Office applications including developing SharePoint sites for both IT and the wider business?

Your role as IT Support Analyst (2nd line) will involve working on support tickets and projects. You will also add articles to the knowledgebase and contribute to the production of security policies and procedures. The role will include working with multiple parties including 1st and 3rd line IT support teams in house, 3rd party vendors, users, and business stakeholders.

You will need to have the ability to work alone as well as within a team, have experience of IT service delivery and be willing to have flexible working arrangements, including working during maintenance windows, outside of business hours.

The IT Support Analyst (2nd line) role also includes support of our global satellite offices and will involve occasional travel so that local on-site assistance can be delivered.
