We are now recruiting for a new Logistics Manager to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors. As our new Logistics Manager, you will manage and run the Logistics and Inventory function servicing the Chippenham UK, EMEA & where applicable global businesses and contribute to meeting company-wide Supply Chain performance and strategy objectives. You will have held previous leadership roles in Logistics Management and Third-Party Contract Management.

Your role as Logistics Manager will involve working on the definition & evolution of future global logistics strategy and identification & implementation of opportunities for logistics cost optimisation to ensure continuous improvement. You will have opportunity to represent Logistics and contribute as a SME on other company projects as required, e.g. warehouse consolidation projects and ERP development; so will able to prioritise and be flexible in an ever changing and fast-moving business. You will have a broad understanding of global freight, and a good awareness of hot topics in the world of international logistics.

As Logistics Manager you will be able to adapt and think creatively to ensure delivery of our products in the most cost-efficient way to our customers & patients. Your previous background in people management will mean you naturally act as a role model and mentor both to your team and others in the wider business; you will invest in and understand what drives and motivates individuals to help them reach their potential. You will be comfortable in engaging with various stakeholders at all levels throughout our business and at our external logistics partners.
