We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of Kelo-Cote™ across EMEA, leading the strategic and commercial development of the brand and helping shape its next phase of growth. www.uk.kelocote.com
This is a high-impact role combining brand strategy, P&L ownership, commercial thinking and creative marketing.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from positioning, pricing and innovation through to digital activation, e-commerce and long-term growth plans.
What you’ll be doing
✨ Own and develop the brand strategy for Kelo-Cote™
📈 Drive profitable growth across net sales, gross margin and contribution
💡 Turn consumer, competitor and market insight into commercial opportunities
🎯 Lead brand positioning, proposition, visual identity and integrated campaigns
💰 Own key elements of the P&L, pricing, forecasting and promotional investment
🛒 Maximise growth across digital, e-commerce, Amazon UK and D2C
🚀 Identify innovation and future growth opportunities
🤝 Partner closely with Commercial, E-Commerce, Operations, Demand Planning and external agencies across EMEA
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from an experienced brand marketer who brings:
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and evidence of delivering brand growth
✔️ Consumer Healthcare or FMCG experience, ideally within skincare or a related consumer health category
✔️ Experience across bricks-and-mortar retail, e-commerce and digital marketing
✔️ Confidence working with P&Ls, pricing, budgets and commercial forecasts
✔️ A creative mindset combined with a genuinely data-driven approach
✔️ The energy and confidence to challenge thinking, influence stakeholders and make things happen
