At Alliance, we're a dynamic, science-led consumer healthcare organisation specialising in advanced skincare solutions and vitamins, minerals & supplements (VMS). Backed by innovation and driven by purpose, we're on an exciting journey of transformation and growth — expanding our reach, enhancing our brands, and bringing cutting-edge products to more consumers across the globe.

As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for passionate, curious, and driven individuals to join us. If you’re excited by the opportunity to shape the future of health and wellness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment — this is your moment.

As a Customer Services Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across the UK and international markets. Whether it’s processing orders, resolving queries, or ensuring smooth invoicing and payment processes, you’ll help us hit our customer service targets while keeping compliance and accuracy at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll do

  • Process customer sales orders for Domestic and Export trade – inline to the customer requirements and in line with 3PL / 4PL warehouses agreements and delivery schedules
  • Handle customer queries (consumer & trade) via phone and email, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Manage invoicing, Amazon Vendor Central updates, and daily cash allocations.
  • Support Finance with payment monitoring and chasing.
  • Run weekly reports on out-of-stock products and loss of sales.
  • Ensure GxP & GDP compliance and support wider customer service initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service (phone & email handling).
  • Strong systems and data-handling skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail with accuracy in everything you do.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay positive under pressure.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions

What we offer

  • Competitive salary with discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday + 1 celebration day + 1 volunteering day + bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 10 extra days
  • Generous pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution)
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • Private medical cover and health cash plan (with options for family cover)
  • Wellbeing support: eye care, flu vaccine, EAP & discounts via Perks at Work
  • Salary sacrifices options with the Cycle scheme and electric vehicle schemes
  • Flexible working and family-friendly policies
  • Global recognition programme & £1,000 referral bonus

If you are looking to make a difference and be part of something exciting, we’d love to hear from you
