At Alliance, we’re looking for a Digital & Media Manager EMEA to lead integrated digital and media strategies across the region - driving brand growth, consumer engagement and commercial impact at scale.
This is a role for a full-funnel, insight-led marketer who can blend strategy with execution, creativity with compliance, and data with storytelling.

📲 Regional digital and media strategy across EMEA
🎯 Paid, owned & earned campaigns - social, programmatic, display & influencers
🌍 Content ecosystems across web, social, e-commerce & HCP platforms
📊 Performance, ROI and optimisation using real-time insights
👥 Line management of social media & influencer capability
🛡️ Governance, compliance and best-practice social frameworks
What you’ll bring
- Proven digital & media experience in healthcare, pharma or FMCG
- Strong understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country execution
- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Meta, programmatic platforms
- Confidence leading agencies, partners and senior stakeholders
- A passion for innovation, capability building and digital excellence
