Now, we’re looking for a Digital Products Technology Manager to build and lead our new Digital Products Centre of Excellence — a pivotal function driving the technology and platforms that will transform digital consumer engagement and maximise marketing conversion across global digital channels.

This is more than a technology role. It’s an opportunity to shape how digital, data and marketing strategy converge to deliver real commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build, lead and operate the Digital Products Centre of Excellence, defining its processes, platforms, and service delivery model.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders and senior stakeholders to identify technology needs, align roadmaps, and deliver solutions that amplify brand engagement.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle management of digital products and platforms, from selection and implementation to support and optimisation.
  • Drive excellence in MarTech, consumer targeting platforms, digital engagement tools, and web lifecycle management.
  • Lead and grow a core team of technology specialists, blending in-house talent with external partners and vendors.
  • Own business cases for new tools and platforms, ensuring ROI and measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery and support.
  • Stay ahead of technology and regulatory trends to ensure innovation and compliance.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Digital Product or Technology Manager, ideally with exposure to marketing technology and digital engagement platforms.
  • Strong track record of collaborating with Marketing executives to deliver digital strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of DAM, KYC, CMS, GA/SEO, and consumer engagement tools.
  • Experience managing the delivery of web and digital applications.
  • Skilled in building delivery roadmaps, leading teams, and managing third-party vendors.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link technology outcomes to business growth.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
