Now, we’re looking for a Digital Products Technology Manager to build and lead our new Digital Products Centre of Excellence — a pivotal function driving the technology and platforms that will transform digital consumer engagement and maximise marketing conversion across global digital channels.
This is more than a technology role. It’s an opportunity to shape how digital, data and marketing strategy converge to deliver real commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Build, lead and operate the Digital Products Centre of Excellence, defining its processes, platforms, and service delivery model.
- Partner with Marketing leaders and senior stakeholders to identify technology needs, align roadmaps, and deliver solutions that amplify brand engagement.
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of digital products and platforms, from selection and implementation to support and optimisation.
- Drive excellence in MarTech, consumer targeting platforms, digital engagement tools, and web lifecycle management.
- Lead and grow a core team of technology specialists, blending in-house talent with external partners and vendors.
- Own business cases for new tools and platforms, ensuring ROI and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage vendor partnerships and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery and support.
- Stay ahead of technology and regulatory trends to ensure innovation and compliance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Digital Product or Technology Manager, ideally with exposure to marketing technology and digital engagement platforms.
- Strong track record of collaborating with Marketing executives to deliver digital strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Good knowledge of DAM, KYC, CMS, GA/SEO, and consumer engagement tools.
- Experience managing the delivery of web and digital applications.
- Skilled in building delivery roadmaps, leading teams, and managing third-party vendors.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link technology outcomes to business growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
