Ready to turn data into decisive commercial action across Europe?
At Alliance, we’re moving from spreadsheets to smart, connected insights and we’re looking for a Commercial & Data Insights leader to help accelerate that journey across EMEA.
You’ll unite multiple data sources into powerful dashboards, shift the business from reactive reporting to predictive, “next best move” insights, and partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Field Sales and E-commerce teams across markets including Germany and France.
At Alliance, we specialise in advanced skincare solutions (KeloCote, Hydomol, and more) and vitamins, minerals & supplements (MacuShield, Forceval & Amberen….) Backed by innovation and driven by purpose, we're on an exciting journey of transformation and commercial acceleration
What you’ll do
- Build and own dashboards that drive faster, smarter commercial decisions
- Connect sales, e-commerce, omnichannel and P&L data into one clear view
- Enable predictive and prescriptive insights that unlock growth opportunities
- Influence behaviour turning insight into action, not just reports
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial data and analytics experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
- Experience working with MarTech and integrated data environments
- Exposure to European markets and cross-country collaboration
