Job Title: EMEA FP&A Analyst - Advertised externally as EMEA Finance Business Partner

The job purpose of the EMEA FP&A Analyst
This key role as a EMEA Finance Business Partner to the EMEA commercial and marketing teams. You run the core operational finance processes for the region, including sales tracking, marketing spends support, margin analysis, cost recognition and inputs for budget and Strategic Plan cycles. The focus is on building strong relationships, providing clear and timely financial insight and supporting day to day commercial decisions. Your work gives the EMEA Finance Manager the space to concentrate on regional reporting, commercial insight and strategic decision support.

What you’ll be responsible for delivering
Regional Sales Performance
- Maintain daily regional sales reporting and track monthly sales performance, including understanding and explaining material variances versus forecast.
- Manage net sales processes, including calculating rebates, presenting the net sales position and maintaining forecasting cadence, along with overseeing the sales price review process.
- Responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs, following appropriate consultation.
Regional Marketing and Commercial Spend Partnering
- Provide full visibility of regional marketing spend by issuing monthly transactions, updating promotional trackers, validating required accruals and maintaining the EMEA marketing summary
- Reforecast year to go marketing spend, present monthly variances versus forecast and share a forward view of the next three months of spend with expected sales impact.
Regional Cost of Sales and Margin Analysis
- Understand and present sales margin analysis for the region using volume, rate, mix analysis.
Overall P&L view
- Summarise and understand the EMEA full P&L position for current month, YTD and FY.
Regional FP&A Cycles
- Prepare and support realistic brand P&L templates and other FP&A tools ahead of budget and Strategic plan cycles. Identifying and explaining key variances.
Cross functional regional finance business partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for operational queries, attend weekly meetings with commercial leads, provide analysis and insights to support decision making and report key issues and themes in weekly meetings with the EMEA Finance Manager.
What we are looking for
- Ideally a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with experience within a fast-paced organisation.
- Proven background in finance business partnering or FP&A, with exposure to supporting teams across the EMEA region.
- Strong experience collaborating with commercial, sales, and/or marketing teams, with the ability to translate financial insights into actions that drive growth and profitability.
- Demonstrates accuracy, pace, and accountability while maintaining clear communication with both commercial and finance stakeholders. Actively contributes to a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the EMEA region to support business priorities and foster effective relationships with regional stakeholders.
