We’re looking for a commercially sharp, technically strong EMEA Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial performance across EMEA. This is more than reporting it’s about insight, influence and impact

What you’ll own
You’ll be the engine behind EMEA financial performance, delivering:
Regional Sales Performance
- Daily sales reporting & monthly performance tracking
- Clear explanations of material variances vs forecast
- Ownership of net sales processes, rebates & pricing reviews
Marketing & Commercial Partnering
- Full visibility of regional marketing spends
- Reforecasts, accrual validation & forward-looking insights
- Clear view of spend impact on future sales
Margin & Cost Control
- Volume, rate & mix analysis
- Warehousing & distribution cost management
- Weekly P&L reviews to drive accountability
Full P&L Ownership
- Current month, YTD & FY performance summary
- Key variance analysis & financial storytelling
FP&A Cycles
- Budget & Strategic Plan preparation
- Realistic brand P&Ls and planning templates
- Insightful variance explanations
You’ll act as the first point of contact for operational finance queries for EMEA, partnering closely with Commercial and Marketing teams while supporting senior regional decision-making.
What we’re looking for
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong post-qualified experience in FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills - turning complex data into clear insight
- Forecasting, budgeting & long-range planning expertise
- Confident business partner - able to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen (revenue, pricing, margin, cost control)
- Experience with Financial Performance Management systems (preferably Prophix)
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable in a matrix environment
- Open to occasional European travel
