As the Global Brand Manager - Scar Care, your job purpose is to

  • Work closely with and report to the Global Senior Brand Lead for Scar Care to support the strategic development, execution, and growth of Kelocote/ ScarAway brands within the scar care portfolio.
  • drive the operationalization of global brand strategies and brand development initiatives—ensuring alignment with the overarching brand vision set. You will play an instrumental role in delivering brand performance, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and championing innovation and commercial success across flagship markets, China and USA.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Global Senior Brand Lead in defining and evolving global brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for scar care franchise.
  • Execute and adapt global strategic plans, campaigns, and toolkits for key markets, ensuring consistency with the strategic direction and local relevance.
  • Coordinate long-range planning and the annual brand cycle process, integrating market-specific insights and feedback from regions including China & USA.
  • Partner CI&A in the analysis of category trends, consumer needs, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities and gaps, providing actionable recommendations for brand.
  • Facilitate alignment and collaboration between global and regions, China and USA local marketing teams, fostering a unified brand approach to embed the desired brand experience with local teams and distributors.
  • Contribute to the development and launch of innovation projects and support the end-to-end management of NPD development (winning concept, packaging, business case and launch plans) supporting the Global Senior Brand Lead.
  • Support development of Kelocote’s DNA and DBAs, global scar creative platform and its activation by markets to achieve communication objectives with consumers and HCPs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and medical requirements in all brand-related activities.
  • Act as an ambassador for brand excellence, upholding strong cultural awareness and consumer-centricity in all aspects of brand management.
  • Support Global Senior Brand Lead in tracking of global marketing budget for Scar Care.

What we are looking for

Marketing / Technical Competencies

  • 6+ years marketing experience in Consumer Healthcare or CPG, skincare experience is desirable
  • Worked in/with global marketing function, ideally some experience of working on multi market brand plans and execution
  • Understanding of global brand strategy development e.g. Brand positioning, brand architecture, communication
  • Has led new product launches in local markets
  • ROI and financially focused, experience of Pack Price Architecture management is desirable
  • Gen AI savvy
