Global eCommerce Director

Are you ready to shape the future of global eCommerce for a growing Consumer Healthcare organisation?
We’re looking for a bold, data-driven Global eCommerce Director to define and deliver a customer-centric, digital-first strategy across multiple brands and markets. You will lead our eCommerce Centre of Excellence and work in close partnership with regional and cross-functional teams to unlock measurable growth in acquisition, conversion and lifetime value.
At Alliance, we specialise in advanced skincare solutions (KeloCote, Hydomol, and more) and vitamins, minerals & supplements (MacuShield, Forceval & Amberen….) This Global Ecommerce role is pivotal in expanding our reach, enhancing our brands, and bringing cutting-edge products to more consumers across the globe.
Your impact as the Global eCommerce Director
- Own and shape the global eCommerce strategy, defining the right mix of people, processes, platforms, partners and technology to drive sustainable penetration and lifetime value
- Build and lead strategic partnerships with key platforms and distributors, including Amazon and emerging social commerce channels such as TikTok
- Partner with Brand Protection and Legal to actively manage IP and combat counterfeiting
- Drive eCommerce performance across regions, collaborating with Country Heads, Commercial, Media and Supply Chain teams to optimise route-to-market, P&L performance and operational excellence
- Pioneer a digital-first culture, sharing best practice globally and elevating eCommerce capabilities across markets
- Lead and communicate a compelling value creation story for the channel, internally and externally
Who we’re looking for
You are a visionary and commercially minded eCommerce leader who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment. You bring:
- Extensive experience in global eCommerce with a proven track record of delivering growth, including exposure to the US and Asia
- Experience building and scaling eCommerce functions and Centre of Excellence models
- Direct, hands-on platform experience (especially Amazon)
- Proven leadership of both local and remote teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Resilience, agility and a bias for action
- A passion for developing talent and embedding a digital, customer-obsessed culture
