The purpose of Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead is to

  • Play a pivotal role in leading and embedding a world-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across our global organisation. You will ensure our supply chain planning processes and tools support the enterprise in running the business effectively, driving both growth and efficiencies.
  • Lead the Global Planning Team – a lean and agile team currently consisting of two Demand Planners and a Global Supply Chain Analyst – to deliver excellence in global supply chain planning, ensuring strong service performance, inventory health, and continuous efficiency improvements.

What you will be doing

  • Embed IBP Globally: Lead the implementation and embedding of the IBP process across all regions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
  • Leadership of Planning Team: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the global planning team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and agile culture.
  • Global Supply Chain Planning: Oversee end-to-end demand and supply planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, optimised inventory, and reliable product availability across global markets.
  • Systems & Tools Optimisation: Fully leverage the capabilities of our supply chain systems – in particular D365 ERP and Forecast Pro – ensuring deployment and consistent usage across all regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align planning processes, strengthen data-driven insights, and support executive decision-making through scenario planning and reporting.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Develop, govern, and continuously improve the global supply operating model, ensuring consistent processes, performance standards, and best practice sharing across regions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or advanced supply chain planning in a global organisation which has experienced high growth and agility
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and develop lean, high-performing teams.
  • Background in consumer healthcare or FMCG would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of driving successful change and transformation with a confidence in driving lean/continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong planning, analytical and data capabilities, with hands-on knowledge of supply chain tools (ideally D365 ERP and Forecast Pro).
  • Commercial and financial acumen — able to balance supply chain decisions with business performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management — credible and influential at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker, but willing to roll up sleeves and dive into detail.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, adaptable across cultures and geographies.
  • Resilient, high energy, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Curious, improvement-driven, and never satisfied with the status quo.
