Job Title: Global Logistics Coordinator
Reporting to: Global Supply Chain Planning Director

The purpose of the Global Logistics Coordinator is to
- Work directly with our planning and distribution teams to provide order to cash support (from customer order receipt through post invoicing customer service).
- Document and record data for use in establishing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports.
- Manage a daily workflow of validating order receipt, order shipment, investigation of issues, and tracking of detail into systems for reporting.
What you’ll be responsible for
Transportation & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate parcel and LTL shipments by working with freight carriers to arrange pickups, prepare Bills of Lading, and ensure appropriate shipping documentation is completed.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments to optimize freight costs and improve retailer scorecards.
Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Monitor and track shipments across carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL providers) and proactively investigate delivery issues, including delayed, shorted, damaged, or missing shipments.
- Request Proofs of Delivery (POD) and coordinate freight claims with carriers and the 3PL as needed.
Customer Service & Retailer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, discrepancies, and delivery confirmations.
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Monitoring & Fulfilment Planning
- Maintain shipment and inventory trackers, monitor finished goods inventory levels at the 3PL and Amazon Seller Central, and coordinate replenishment shipments to support customer demand and avoid stockouts.
Data Management, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain operational trackers and generate reports to support KPI monitoring, including retailer OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance, shipment activity, and order fulfilment metrics.
- Analyse discrepancies between retailer scorecards and 3PL performance data.
Financial & Audit Support
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to research deductions, investigate pricing discrepancies, support invoicing through SPS Commerce.
- Provide documentation for audits, freight claims, and month-end reconciliation activities.
Order Management & Processing
Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders across multiple channels, including EDI orders, SPS Commerce transactions, and manually submitted purchase orders.
Review, validate, edit, and upload all sales orders into D365 to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment.
Order Fulfilment & 3PL Coordination
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with the third-party warehouse (3PL) to ensure accurate order processing, inventory visibility, and shipment execution.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with the 3PL to ensure orders are shipped within established service level agreements
What we are looking for
- Some experience in supply chain and logistics
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel experience and data entry and manipulation required).
- Excellent detail organization, verbal and written communications, problem solving, and time management required.
- Experience using customer/supplier web-based portals. Comfort with accessing website portals to search/download data.
- E-commerce, (Amazon seller) shipping, replenishment, and tracking experience preferred.
