Alliance - Our opportunities

As the Global Supply Chain Analyst, your job purpose will be to

  • Support end-to-end supply chain functions including demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management
  • Analyse data across the supply chain to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to optimise cost, efficiency, and service levels
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and enhance supply reliability

What you’ll be doing as a Global Supply Chain Analyst

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data to support decision-making across demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, and inventory management
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise supply chain KPIs and trends
  • Migrate existing reports and dashboards from other platforms (e.g. Excel, Tableau) to Power BI
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems to ensure accurate reporting
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery metrics to optimise service levels
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory optimisation through statistical analysis and modelling
  • Work collaboratively with other functional analysts to collect, process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Identify system anomalies through data investigations and provide feedback and insight to colleagues
  • Conduct bespoke data analysis to aid product or process improvement
  • Develop and document data processes, standards, and dashboard user guides.
  • Be able to onboard/train wider internal stakeholders on ‘how to use the dashboards.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management and supply chain stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency

What we are looking for in our Global Supply Chain Analyst, is someone who has

  • A degree, ideally business, science or technical (or equivalent), to include data analysis & trend reporting.
  • A robust Microsoft Excel skillset, including V-Look ups, Pivots and ideally Macro’s
  • Experience in building reports & presentations on PowerPoint
  • Expertise in data gathering and extraction from a variety of sources, data analysis, trend reporting and forecasting.
  • A basic awareness of core demand forecasting and supply planning processes including inventory management
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A high degree of accuracy and timeliness of work delivered
  • The ability to work without close supervision
