You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with employees, Line Managers, and the executive team to deliver practical solutions. From managing organisational change and driving performance to embedding people processes and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we work and how our culture evolves.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to turn strategy into people priorities.
- Coach managers to build capability, engagement, and performance.
- Lead talent, succession, and workforce planning.
- Champion change and transformation across teams.
- Handle employee relations with confidence, care, and compliance.
- Use people data to influence decisions and improve employee experience.
What we’re looking for
- A proven HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- A track record of leading and supporting transformation and change programmes.
- Skilled at coaching, influencing, and building trust at all levels.
- Confident in managing employee relations, ensuring fair processes and supporting Line Managers to act with clarity and confidence.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or working towards.
