We are seeking an Interim Customer Services Representative to provide an efficient, friendly, and solution-focused service to our customers. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in maintaining our high customer service standards while supporting key operational activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing customer sales orders for Domestic and Export trade, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, warehouse agreements, and delivery schedules.
  • Handling customer queries (consumers and trade) by phone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing daily invoicing and submissions, including updates on Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Supporting finance by allocating daily cash and monitoring/chasing customer payments.
  • Running weekly PSRR reports to track out-of-stock products and loss of sales.
  • Ensuring compliance with GxP, GDP, and QMS requirements within Customer Services.
  • Assisting with additional customer service activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (email and phone).
  • Strong data handling and systems skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
