As the Interim E-Commerce Associate, your job purpose is to

• Support the optimisation of our brands’ presence across EMEA Pure player sites, including Amazon and ePharmacies
• play a critical role in enhancing online visibility, conversion, and the overall performance of our products across key marketplaces
• Initially join on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the potential prospect of the role moving into a permanent role

What you’ll be doing Interim E-Commerce Associate

• Assist in the execution of content strategies to ensure brand consistency and optimal presentation on EMEA eRetailer platforms, including Amazon.
• Use digital shelf monitoring tools to identify and address content gaps or inconsistencies on product detail pages, with the aim of maximising visibility and conversion.
• Monitor and maintain product listings to ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications).
• Support the implementation of SEO and eCommerce best practices across partner sites.
• Support the analysis of key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Project manage & collaborate with internal teams (marketing, commercial & compliance) and external agency partners to implement updates
• Conduct regular audits of online listings to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Track and report on competitor activity and trends across marketplaces.

What we are looking for

• BA Hons degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• Passionate about eCommerce and digital trends, with a keen eye for detail.
• Keen to progress and grow your career in E-Commerce, and gain hands on experience in the digital commerce ecosystem with a focus on performance and brand execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with digital tools or platforms such as PIM and digital shelf analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commit to an initial 6-month fixed term contract, prove yourself, learn new skills and you will be in an excellent position as and when the role becomes a permanent opportunity
