About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and commercially minded Interim Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll provide insightful analysis and reporting, partnering closely with Commercial Leads to drive performance, deliver value-adding insight, and support strategic decision making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare monthly consolidated Pharma reporting, combining regional commentary to highlight key variances to forecast and budget.
  • Coordinate mid-month sales progress updates for senior management.
  • Partner with the Commercial team to track, forecast, and analyse promotional spend and rebates, ensuring consistent and insightful reporting across regions.
  • Provide sales, CoGs, and gross margin analysis, explaining key drivers of variances and contributing to commercial reporting packs.
  • Support pricing and volume mix analysis to inform value-added insights for the business.
  • Lead on month-end close activities, including sales risk and opportunities reporting, cost accruals, and P&L reviews.
  • Update and maintain sales and cost forecast files, dashboards, and waterfall charts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support budget and strategy planning by maintaining SKU/customer-level models and identifying material price/CoGs changes for review.

What we’re looking for

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical background, with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can present results, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Systems experience with BI tools; knowledge of Prophix or D365 desirable.
  • A self-motivated, solutions-focused professional who can build strong relationships across the business.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday pr o rata for 6 months
  • Generous pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution)
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • Wellbeing support: eye care, flu vaccine, EAP & discounts via Perks at Work
  • Flexible working and family-friendly policies
  • Global recognition programme
