Are you a Life Science graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a global, fast-paced healthcare environment? Alliance is offering an exciting 12-month opportunity to join our Pharma division as an Interim Quality Co-ordinator, supporting the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products worldwide.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and the processes that ensure product quality, safety, and efficacy. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in both the Pharma and Consumer Health divisions, of the organisation, gaining exposure to real-world quality operations in a regulated global setting.
What you’ll be doing
- Support quality management system processes, including SOPs, change control, complaint handling, risk management, recalls, Post Market Surveillance, CAPA, and deviation management
- Assist with the product release process and routine quality administrative activities
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal QMS procedures
- Help safeguard patient safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain product availability
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Life Science discipline – e.g. Biomedical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Healthcare
- A keen interest in learning about quality and compliance processes for medicines and medical devices
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business
- Comfortable working in a regulated global environment
- Available to start 28th October 2025 and commit to a 12-month contract
