We’re looking for a Procurement Support Co-ordinator to join our Global Procurement
Team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of procurement
activities within a fast-paced, consumer healthcare environment
This is a hands-on varied role, hybrid (2 days in our Chippenham office) ideal for someone
who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated to build a career in procurement
within a global consumer healthcare business.

What you’ll be doing

Procurement Administration & Support

  • Assist in managing day-to-day procurement activities including pricing management,
    commodity price movement, supplier due diligence.
  • Maintain procurement and supplier agreements in central repository.
  • Support tendering, sourcing, and supplier selection processes.

Supplier Coordination

  • Support communication between the organisation and suppliers, ensuring timely
    receipt of documentation, certifications, and supply information.
  • Track and report on supplier performance against KPIs (quality, service, cost,
    compliance).
  • Point person liaising between Sustainability Partners and Suppliers to support
    environmental data submissions.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare reports and trackers on procurement activities, spend, and supplier
    performance
  • Maintain procurement KPIs and provide regular reporting on supplier performance,
    spend analysis, and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and consumer healthcare quality standards (e.g., GDP, GMP).
  • Support audit preparation and documentation requests.

Contract & Compliance Administration

  • Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals and maintenance of
    contract documentation.
  • Ensure procurement activity complies with company policies, financial controls, and
    regulatory requirements (particularly relevant to consumer healthcare).

What We’re Looking For

  • Background or passion for Procurement or Supply Chain Operations – you bring
    either hands-on experience or a genuine interest in procurement or supply chain.
  • Commercially minded graduate (or equivalent) – with strong business acumen and
    the drive to launch your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation.
  • Tech-savvy – confident using MS Office tools, with a particular strength in using Excel,
    to support effective analysis and communication.
  • Highly organised – you bring structure, accuracy, and attention to detail to everything
    you do.
  • Great communicator – confident in building relationships, sharing ideas, and
    engaging with people at all levels.
  • Accountable and driven – you take ownership of your work and deliver on
    commitments.
  • Solutions-focused team player – proactive, resourceful, and always ready to tackle
    challenges with a positive mindset.
