What you’ll be doing
- Lead CSV processes, QMS improvements & SOP excellence.
- Investigate product complaints & ensure supplier compliance.
- Drive audits, inspections, and critical quality issue resolutions.
- Champion quality best practices across the business.
What we are looking for
- Degree in life/physical sciences, engineering, or similar.
- Proven QA experience in healthcare (medicines & devices).
- Confidence navigating global regulations & influencing teams.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
