Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking a Head of Tax to oversee all tax-related activities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
As the Head of Tax, you will be based in Chippenham, UK Headquarters a minimum of 2 days a week to oversee the Tax team and work alongside the global business. The remainder of the time you can work from home.
The ideal candidate profile for our Head of Tax role
- Chartered Tax Accountant (CTA) qualified with Big 4 background
- Extensive global tax experience working in a commercial organisation
- Proficiency in corporation tax, Transfer Pricing, and indirect tax
- Desirable: Employment Tax, Intellectual property experience as well Private Equity (PE) backed business exposure
Key responsibilities for the Head of Tax include:
- Ensuring global tax and statutory filing compliance
- Managing tax figures for financial accounts
- Overseeing transfer pricing strategy and documentation
- Handling tax affairs for a PE-backed organization
- Maintaining ETR forecasting model
- Managing relationships with tax authorities and advisers
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks
- Collaborating on indirect tax matters
- Monitoring emerging tax regimes
